The Company Enterprises and Affiliated Companies operate retail and
wholesale locations under the brands of Shell, Chevron/Texaco,
ExxonMobil, Marathon, Sunoco, Citgo, and Valero.
The Company owns eighteen (18) Fee Simple properties. We have
one (1) location leased directly from ExxonMobil and two (2) locations
leased directly from Shell. The Company also has twelve (12)
properties that have underlying lease agreements. In addition, there
are eleven (11) sites that we operate as retail locations and an
additional forty-four (44) locations that we have supply contracts for
fuel only.
For the year ending 2007:
- Total fuel sales were approximately 68 Million gallons.
- Total revenues were approximately $ 184 Million dollars.
And 2008 prices sold about $ 250 million dollars.
Based on total revenues, our EBITDA for 2007 was $ 5.8 Million. For
2008 we are projecting our EBITDA will be in excess of $ 5.4 Million.
