EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Orange Lake Development is being offered for sale or investment by Orange Lake L.L.C., and consists
of 461 Acres mixed use master planned residential and 10 Acres Commercial Property on State Route
78.
The Commercial acreage is designed for: gas stations, stores, off
ices, etc.  The Residential portion of
the development will consist of 902 1/4 acres home lots (see letter form Engineers) nesting on three
man made lakes, as well as the Caloosahachee river. There is also the possibility to develop only 624
residential units which will be larger in size and will accelerate the subdivision time, due to the fact that
it will fall under the threshold of the D.R.I.

Orange Lake L.L.C. and All American R.E. Group, Inc. have spent the last year preparing a conceptual
development plan.  This is a typical land development: All American, which initiated the development,
has significant experience and background in allocating land and the development of mixed use
projects such as the Orange Lake Development.

It is anticipated that the purchaser who would acquire the property on or before September 2006 for
$25,816,000 will commence with a Development Plan (fully described below.)  The development plan
will require further investment, but will create a money return of at least ten times (200,000,000)
without the need of investing that amount.
